First thing I'd like to say:
THIS IS NOT A WALLPAPER!
Grr...ok I'm calm now...
Hm..don't know what else to say about this. This was my first serious vector project. I vectored other things in preparation to do this. Links to my first two practise vectors at the bottom of the description. I did this wall in prepartion for my next wall (hopefully ready to submit by the end of the month) which is like 50% complete right now.
First vector. The original image is in the top left corner in it's original size. In this one, I haven't quite mastered the pen tool yet so I made this...
It's a vector of Saber from Fate/Stay night and I think I've finally mastered the pen tool!
Boring Stats:
Hours: 22 (I actually kept track of time on this one =P)
Layers: ~30(too lazy to count)
Cups of coffee required: 15(It hink I'm becomming an addict ><)
Number of times computer froze: Stopped counting after 30 times. I think I need a new computer *goes to destroy
computer*

This is amazingly well done. The colors and patterns are creative, the vector is nearly perfect (a few rough edges here and there, but nothing to worry about) However, the orange/gold areas could use some patterns, they seem kind of simple without any (not really that big of a problem) This is one of the best vectors I have seen in awhile.

Gosh I must be seriously lagging. This is a 2 years old piece! And I am still commenting. Why? Because this is wonderful. I like the textures and patterns a lot and Watanuki's expression seems softer in your vector. Birds seem almost to be your signature...they have such deep yet vibrant colours and smoothly thick outlines. I like! The starry patterns are somehow beautifully haunting and Yuko's hair is intricately done. The gold is very shiny and shimmery. One thing I like is that I can flip it over and it still looks great, with Yuko looking beautiful yet yearning. I like it and fave it. Highlight deserved!
