I think it's good, but maybe a bit of shading will also make it look more beautiful, I also do like the smile ^^
Maybe make the neck a bit thinner... how it is now makes the face look wide which is more like a guys... but I
don't know, just how i see it..

This idea is come from one feeling... sad? smile?... i myself also dont know... so i create it with both expression in one face... although is not so same with what i imagine... but it sure express the feeling in both way... this is my own perspective... i know u can feel it or not... Sometime i feel her face like a guy. Dont know why... can you comment where it goes wrong...

Maybe slightly huger on the eyes & thinner on the neck, other than that...
I think some shading would be preferable, especially around the neck, since it looks really empty... >_<
