I believe the scan is one of the artbooks. I've seen images from it online, but haven't been to a Japanese bookstore recently enough to look for it. I really love Carnelian's artwork. The kimono + long flowing hair surrounded by flowers is truly elegant. I look forward to (hopefully) picking up the artbook at the sdcc coming up this month.

Her name is Mizuna, she looks like the main character Suzuna but the white ribbon in her hair shows its not Suzuna. But its a great picture!
