Okay so if you're going "WTF?" so was I while making this wall. 
First
I'd like to point out the fact that I like subtleties and yes the freakin water
glows because I said so. 
I was going to make another somewhat gothic-like wall and then went BLUE. Hence the title. The words "Vulnerant Omnes. Ultima Necat" was an old saying on Roman clocks/sundials, which I think is ironic and extremely funny since most of us do not look at our watches to remind ourselves that we will all eventually become plant fertilizer. It translates into: "Every Hour Hurts. The Last One Kills." Gotta love the Romans... ^^;

And I've never seen/played this GAME before (metalmallow, you stupid, stupid,
stupid manwhore...) so if it's uncharacteristic of the real thing-
