I haven't submitted a wallpaper in a while. ^_^'
I wanted to make a wallpaper using this scan. But the pic isn't very good quality and was too hard to fix up, so I vectored it. This is my first vector art. I traced Roy only since I planned to make a wallie with just the Colonel. Everything in the background was done in Photoshop. I'm trying to improve on BGs and I have to say I'm quite happy with it even though something about it seems messed up. Overall, I think the wallie came out ok. :)
