I found this scan on Minitokyo and decided it needed some "icy-pazzaz" :D
Well ... as you can see it fit QUITE WELL... :D
Anyway this one can't be dedicated since it's a rather universal wallpaper if you know what I mean... XP Well

naaah, I love this one. XD The wall is great, beautiful, pretty, bluey, lovely, enjoyfull, & well done^^ The character is very pretty! & the dots are nice, eventough a little bit disturbing.. '.' The bg is very facinating! Looks like under water lol. The effects are real nice^^ The font is too little & doesn't match with the wall. I suggest changing the color scheme to pink, or maybe red, because it's about "love"^^. Great job! I'll add this to my favs! Keep up the great work!
