She's really adorable...and really pink. The wallpaper is very beautiful but the pink is much too bright and strong to use as a wallpaper. Although I think I see improvement in your walling :)

This wallpaper took me 4 hours to make ^_^ 1 hour to think of a scan that would be nice and 3 hours to make the bg and the wallie itself ^^ I don't know the name of the girl ^_^' I thought she was cute and made the wallie after her ^^ It's a lot of pink,purple and white in this wallie ^^ :nya: I hope you'll like it ^^ Enjoy ;)

I like your new Walli a lot. It's very well done and the Background fits good with the Girl on it. The pink gives it a special touch of romance. I think I will use it as Backgound Image on my Laptop an on the University.
About the name of the girl, I searched a bit on the Net and I think she's "Princess Kahm" from the anime "Outlanders". Here is a picture of her:
