Hi. It's been so long since I've submitted a wallpaper. Been so busy lately don't really have the time to make any. But this wallpaper has been sitting on my hard drive for the longest time. I've been working on it since the beginning of the year and didn't know what to do for a background.
The main part is the scan of Kamui. Background is secondary. I love this scan and really wanted to use it but it was almost impossible to use since both sides was cut off. The scan took a lot of cleaning and redrawing. I redrew the right part of Kamui. Next was the background which I could not come up with an idea with.
My friend kept telling me that it looks fine but I ended up making two versions. The first one I vectored Tokyo Tower (Ahh, it looks horrible but I liked how it turned out, but can't beat Kai's crazy Tokyo Towers).

Thanks everyone for their comments and favs on all my other wallpapers. I've been really busy so I won't be able to get around. But soon! And I still need to go do three assignments T___T And I'll get around to checking other submissions!

I think I like version 2 more... or maybe version 1... I dunno, I either like one more cuz of the colorful sky or the other for its kewl tower.
X scans are usually hard to fit well into a BG, and this one seems to fit in nicely. Good job.

Finally; I thought you were quit or something.
This one is really something. I like the 2nd version better though; even the upper right part is empty it still give a more realistic perspective feeling. Also the text works well with that one. About the colors; I kinda guess these colors were intentional but I somehow feel that more vibrant colors be more appropriate for this. A little saturation needed between the bg and scan.

Hum, I like both versions so it's hard for me to choose....But I think that the one with Tokyo Tower as the backround is better just because it fits the story of the manga so well. I really like what you did with this, you can't tell that the scan has some re-drawing done to it at all.

anyways ~ a very neat n lovely wall u made here ~ ur hard work certainly paid off ~ :D I love the sky/galaxy n the effects below ~ very nicely done ^^ the perspective , however seems a little off according to the scan n the view of the tokyo tower .. but u did a wonderful job on cleaning n redrawing the scan n vectoring the tokyo tower ~ >w<
all in all , the wallpaper is a nice quality ~ ^_^ <333

nice looking wallpaper you made heavens-dragon-san ^_^ scan of kamui is very cool and you made good job redrawing the right side of the scan :D background sure has lots of different redish tones and tiny sparkly stars. bg colours fit nicely with the scan and tower.
agree with rythem that perspective looks little distorted because the position of the tokyo tower. also tower looks little bit too three-dimensional to compared to scan, it could maybe fit with the scan better if it would look more drawed. however tower is well vectored and fits nicely with the starlit background !
overall this is really clean and pretty wallpaper :) you have made great work again and thank you for sharing ! fav for your hard work~ -
