I like the shading, especially on the hair. You surely paid much attention to that ;)
but don't forget the most important thing when drawing a person: the face.
It determines the entire atmosphere of your drawing. It's easy to skip it because it isn't easy...
Try to find a book with realistic noses, eyes, mouths, ... and pay attention to the faces you see around you, the
proportions, how large or small are the eyes...
Once you know how real life faces are like you'l find it much easier to draw anime faces.
