Low quality? Chii just looks like a wood sprite like that The monochromic scheme really helps that feel along. What the textsays adds a somewhat dreamy air to it too.

Only one criticism: the little white comet thingies look wrong. Try removing them and/or scatter them differnetly/less orderly (or something).
