This reminds me of a video I saw the vector art is so sureal.
I think is has a ghostly feel to it, or rather a spectral/haunting.
Looks as thought she just trying to keep her grasp on emotions.
Anyway simply an Enigmatic Lovely wallpaper.
Very good one, maybe dithering around the eyes wasn't needed though

Niiiice. I have made several screencaps of Re-L when I watched the series, but its nice to see it in a wallpaper.
She's my newest fav character. I can't get over her eyes....
