Now i can proudly say:"This is my first wall" I hope you'll find it
acceptable-i work with PhotoShop for the first time.
The wall is with small amount of layers only 10,the background is from one
friend,she'll quess

it looks nice for your first wallpaper, the background scene looks nice, and the chara looks good, i like the blood on her clothes, now the ideea with the buterflies isn't bad but they are a bit too bright for the wall.
and you should remove that bothering something on the left side by the tree.
looks great, reminds me of the butterflies from fatal frame. But yea, you might want to get rid of the cross like kiako said

I like the dark and gloomy aura of the background
And especially, you did right when you made the woman's appearance bright....

...therefore is great! It's really awesome how impressive did you make it for being your first wallpaper. The ambientation is just perfect, and the femenine figure itself fits giving a really scary impression, sad at the same time...like a lost soul looking for forgiveness....the cross really is well put, because it looks like if she would have come out of the corpse down there...
