it looks nice for your first wallpaper, the background scene looks nice, and the chara looks good, i like the blood on
her clothes, now the ideea with the buterflies isn't bad but they are a bit too bright for the wall.
and you should remove that bothering something on the left side by the tree.

Now i can proudly say:"This is my first wall" I hope you'll find it acceptable-i work with PhotoShop for the
first time.
The wall is with small amount of layers only 10,the background is from one friend,she'll quess :)
