... obviously, this doujin needs an explanation. ^_^' It's a gift-fanart for a truly talented fanfic authoress, xskadi-san (aka, Satri on fanfiction.net) for her one-shot "Looks Like Rain," which may or may not be posted on ff.net at a later date (if it is, I'll post that link, too).
Basically, the story comes down to Shinrei wearing a pink apron and Hotaru getting his hair done in pigtails by Yuya after he gets her drunk. The hilarious mental images that conjures could NOT be left alone, tho I think I went a bit overboard with Hotaru's pigtails.

Shinrei: I told you so! This all your fault, letting Yuya get drunk like that and encouraging her! Why can't you just listen to me when I tell you... (yadda, yadda, yadda!)
Hotaru: (thinking) I wonder where the cat goes when it rains...
Yuya: (inset) *SNOOOORE~!*
(*^.^*) Yes, I know the perspective in the background is wonky as all get out, but I was being lazy, m'kay?

Heheh~ This is really funny. I have two things. I think Shinrei appears rather short and I would like to see it w/o the rain but other than that, this is a really nice clean drawing. You are definitely getting better at the pen tool and Hotaru looks really laxed and natural with pigtails. XD Really nice work.

Yup it's me again. I'm finally at notifs that are 1 week old xD. Anywats, I really like the detail in this wall. As I said before, you have improved! I like the little comical box in the right hand corner too! The only thing I can complain about is that the broom head seems a bit too flat. Other than t hat, it is flawless =)
