for this wallpaper, i tried really hard to figure out how to use layers on photoshop... i think i can say that i
completed most of that quest, even though there's still some improvement to do (always).
i also more or less vectored the background, and then added texture and effects... hope it's not too bad!

wow, how wonderful it is, morphee-san >_<, i really love everything bring out to me the feeling of wind and water, that's so great, i can never do such nice work as that it's awesome. i just think as if the sky is out in more thing maybe that's okay ^^. you got my fav for sure *looking more for this artist* ;)

Ok, must comment:
I really like it. The bg is really cool though maybe if you took out the strokes in the sky, it would look a tiny bit better. The strokes on the water are cool 'cause it makes it look like there's wind, and since the girl's hair is blowing in the wind, it kinda fits (though the water is going the wrong way :P)
Other than that, excellent job! -
