I like the combination of the stock photo and the scan. So let me get this straight--the right hand side is the stock
and the left-hand side is your work? Then that is incredible blending and matching! Nicely done with that and yes the
silhouettes really do bring out the sky and meaning of the wall.

To tell the truth I wasn't working with this one untill yesterday afternoon @_@ That scryed scan kept me busy like 5-6 days with re-cging. Then I realize someone posted a complete image of that one on minitokyo...I was like 'wtf!' xD *sigh* that one can wait a little longer I guess; I am pissed to that scan =D
Anyways I realize this scan of gundam yesterday. Scan is low quality to be honest. But I am pretty sure people can make
great vectors out of the full sized image. I just extracted shinn and used some other scans to build a destroyed gundam.
Well I tried to keep it simple as much I can while emphasizing on the sky. The feeling of the wall ll come through it
since the rest is 'silhouettes'.
The right part is basically a stock. I am sure it kinda shows XD About the left part...well...just my imagination
let's say -_-
I wonder if I ll be able to see a sky like this *_* ohh and also thank you Gid for the tips about title =)
So; it took a formidable amount of time especially the sky.

very interesting composition you have created there :D maybe little simple but still interesting ! really like the sky and different tones of blue on it. you did awesome job on combination of stock and your own work like Emma says ^_^ you really couldn't tell that they are made of two different item ! also lighting on the sky is succesfully made. flying birds give nice touch and gives little theme of freedom.
silhouette idea is great and scans you used as silhouettes are cool looking on your wallie :) wonderful work and thank you for sharing this ! -

The sky is simply amazing *.* I love it! The wallpaper is really pretty, love the contrast and the sky. You did an anazing work with the clouds and I love the planes and the birds flying. And nice title too ^^ I think you did a great work, did I mentioned I'm in love with that sky? *lol* XD

Yeah, you're right, the right side of the wallpaper does look like a stock image. ^_^' Perhaps a little more tweakage is in order, ne? I really like the sky set-up though. It's very striking to have the character in sillhoute along with the busted-up Gundam. You have a good imagination to create that. It really looks like the real thing. Or at least as close as an animated show can be to real. lol. XD I really like the composition. The title's text is really neat. It stands out without being obnoxious - kudos!
