Scanned by me from the OVA artbook at 300 DPI, resized down quite a bit because the original image was almost 5 meg, so rather expensive credits-wise. If you need a different resolution, holler!
I had to do some clone-brush work at the upper right where the page kept coming down, but it turned out pretty well.
