Instead of studying, as I should have, I couldn't help but play around with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (both CS2) and this is what came out^^' The scan is from OP's Color Walk 3 (either from MT or gumgum.org.. I don't remember). I extracted Luffy and part of the waves then painted in some more water and added some plain background and the text. Hope somebody likes it^^'
