Okay, so I started this Nao wallpaper last night, after seeing the scan and remembering how awesome it was whenever Nao licked her claws in the series...she's crazy but you have to love her.
I just used a bunch of brushes, some downloaded, some created (on the left-hand side you can see a photo of an african tribal mask I took, and then converted to brush, for instance). Just experimenting with all the grunginess and composition. Used my WACOM tablet a bit, too, which was nice.
So yeah...enjoy.
