It's in the Rose de Versailles category (wrong anime). I'm not sure but I think it should be in the Other category (I don't think there is the Oniisama category) and artist Riyoko Ikeda. Anyway: great image! The girl (Saint Juste) from this anime looked just like Oscar, that's why there is a confusion. Thanks for sharing anyway!
