Nice drawing TenX :) I think the pair of you look very cute indeed :) I like the way you've done the hair and her T-shirt in particular :D as for the boxes, I could barely make them out because the lines are in white ^_^' I think the characters would have looked slightly better had you put them on top of the box instead of inside of it because the white lines that cut into them look a bit funny to me... you're right about two things though, despite its simplicity, it's really cute too :)

The concept is nice and simple and great choice of colors too :)
The butterflies looks pretty too, and.. too bad it's hard to read what's in the bos ^_^' but it's for your girlfriend only, so it's ok ^_^
