here the Belldandy vector i did from Aa! Megami-Sama 04 by dcss and that i used for my wallpaper Gone with the Wind
i did it in paint shop pro... i know it's far from being perfect... the outlines aren't the best... but i'm not very good at vectoring, and i don't know how to do them in photoshop.

some lines are jaggy, which is to be expected i guess with non vector true programs
get a trial version of Adobe Illustrator from adobe site ^^
but as far as the vector work goes its top notch stuff so far
