Well it's really beautiful and everything seems good in it but the only problem is that the background is a "deja vu" you should really try to change the colors and the type of your backgrounds ;)
anyway you did a great job on this one ;)

I'm noticing a trend...blue sky cloud back grounds....and a bubble in them. While extremely nice (And trust me I have no complaints about your work it's marvelous) might try something a bit different maybe? Or this could just be you blue phase 8-)

See, I told you people like you wallpapers. Just try to experiment with different things. Next time, be careful with the effects. I noticed you used a lot of "Wind" in this one. Still good though. Keep it up!

Anyways, this looks really good, even though I have to agree with Rikimaru-san, you should maybe try to experiment some more with the backgrounds, cause I'm pretty sure you've got talent to come up with great stuff! I notice that Magician Fairy Senpai is always predictable. Her work is predictable to be good (look at this one!) Her style is predictable to be nice and sweet, her artwork is perdictable to be near perfection.
But it's also predictable that once Magician Fairy senpai submit her walls, it will come in one series.
The background of this one is very similar to the other submission named "Fantasy" So, why not try another stye? I would predict it will be... GOOD! hehe
However, as I predicted before I jump in and see the wall myself, this is another great job by my favorite fairy ^_^
