Well... I did some lights effects, and i use the bubbles for cover some parts of
the original scan, well i Thinka that the original scan is .... "hard"
for put in the background in a pc. 
For
this reason i did this version.

The colours are too bright and they're pale so it's hard to see the colour. But it's pretty
i dont know if its the late night, tired eyes or bright lights but it looks almost too much like a scan. but i'll give you the benefit of the doubt.
i was about to say good job on the nipple covering bubbles but then i realised that they look like a copy/paste job. i realise that there wasn't much else you could do about it so i'm not sweating too much.
as said before, it is really really bright. it seems even brighter than just a plain white background. obviously, its all intentional but a little more colour and a little less bright may be appreciated.
