HI ^^
When i saw the scan in AP i had to work on it ... i didn't even know the game ...
First i planned to wall her with a starry background then changed my minds and wanted to make her on a sunset beach ...
finally i went back to my first idea ^^
I had to clean the scan (erase the feather shape on her feet and blurry her a bit )
I redraw a little part of her scepter and a new magic seal over her head (with the circle tool and other shapes )
.
I created the background with that awesome tutorial : here
Then i added the wings (drawn with the pen tool ) and add effects and blue lighting on them
I make the bottom of her skirt blend in the background. As if the stars of the background were created by her (as if the stars on her skirt were new-birth stars not yet placed in the universe )
I took several days to finish it and about 20 layers (plus 48 , only for the starry background )
The parts i really like are the colors and the wings ^^
I really hope you like it ^^
