The end result is rather interesting. But it does seem very much like the original scan. It seems like some flowers were added to her lap as well as some text changes and the rest is just various filters applied to the image. There just doesn't seem to be any original composition involved in the wallpaper.
That's just my two cents.

Pretty! The end result is really nice...it caught my attention as I was looking around ^^ I have to say I feel that the word "rotten" is too harsh for the wall...doesn't match very well with the grace/elegance of the girl in the picture. Ja ne!

But it looks rather sad....
It looks like it was a photo that belonged to a man who broke up with her and crumbled it up and threw it away where time and the elements beatened the photo up just like her heart was beatened up by his rejection T_T
