your skills sure are improving ! eyes balancing for the position of the head is better in this one than on your previous work :) but you should work with the legs more because her knees are little too low so it makes the legs very long. colouring is good as always ! shining and shadows are nicely done, especially shading on the girls clothes are well done.
background is pretty ^_^ sakura tree is funnyly blurry looking XD falling sakura petals are nice and good details. also the blue sky fits nicely with everything ! good work here and thank you for sharing !
