Most of what I need to say has been mentioned by the Fail Condition pic. So here's a pic of the awesome l337 ninja that Fred Gallagher created. His head is a little bit off, but not too terribly noticeable. I decided to give his weapon a little tweak by making it a steel pipe, and I finished off the pole he was standing on.
