hihi!
as you can see, its fairly simple wallie, but nothing I'm really proud of. >_< very simple effects and the
idea isn't very oringal (over used sky and clouds)..... T.T
The chara. is Joan of Arc, I personaly scanned this image from my manga, Jeanne Darc by Sumiko Amakawa, but the bad
thing was, is that the picture was pretty small, so I tried my best to clean it^^
I don't exepect this wall will get as much love as my other ones, but I still like it.
and sorry if you don't like the color. It was blue, but blue didn't go too well with the scan. >_<

its a very pretty wp. i like how the character blends in with the background. its very easy on the eyes cus its not too bright either and i think it was a good choice you made on the yellows and oranges since it brought out her blue eyes very well whereas a blue background wouldnt have the same effect.
anyways its a really good job. keep it up! :) -

I think that if you had left the cloud in blue, that would have been too normal, too plain. But the fact you made it unto this golden color, make it very looks like a miracle would have fallen upon Jeanne, lightening everything and even chaging the color of reality.

When i saw this wallpaper for the first time, I felt quite vividly the quiet peace and pureness of the image itself, the original scan it's perfect and the effects made you wonder about faith and sacred meanings and values and sacrifices... that only the best artist can make you feel in the visual messages that goes beyond their art. When an artist has a heart, this one take shape in the wonderfull ending of his talent, if the talent and the heart are equals... then the art it's human creation with a own divine heart that reaches to all who are lucky to watched it ^^. Thanks for show me the heart of this wallpaper, I just love to feel what talented people can show when they feel something as wonderfull as this wallpaper :).
