i like the window and the light on the ground but the text doesn't fit in and the bg looks kind of empty too.

I've never posted two wallies one such a short time before, but I guess since I was working in both at the same time, there was a deadline for this one, and I've been missing for more than a month, I figured that it's ok to submit them almost together.
This is my entry for DivineAwards round 1 and also for the Valentine contest at Colorfull-Wallies. I realize that this is not the usual wallie one'd post for a Valetine ocasion, but I was more focused on the feeling and I think I managed to get just the result I wanted.
More about the wallie, as I always say, the seemingly simpler ones are usually the hardest to do. See that sunlight coming through the window? That was living hell, I swear. Not to mention the scan cleaning. Yeah, I like enjoy going for the tough ones -_-' Besides, I had to use vectoring and blending modes to make Larva look as if he was *embebded* in the darkness. Oh, I always wanted to do that!
As for the words, they belong to Love is all, a song that reminds me of that great Yanni concert at the Acropolis. I was dubious of placing those (or any other, for that matter) there, but I guess the meaning was so perfect for this that I couldn't resist. XD

A very unsual entry to Valentines contest . . . You know i like dark walls . . . i like the sunligh that comes on the window, it looks very nice :D and i like the text sooo much, it looks like it melts and i like the way it ends on that red text, that reflects on the floor, just awesome! excellent work, girl . . . i like the meaning too . . . You like Yanni? . . . yeah, you are a nice surprise. :D . . . anyway, i like the scan too, you have done nice work with it.

Very moving the text and eerie the backdrop. The window and the light flooding through is amazing. And I like the stark contrasts of white against black and that red ^^ Interesting scan too though I never saw it. But most of all what I like is how you did the text. First you start off not so bright with the wording. Then you get brighter and brighter till you reach the climax --the point of the saying that "Love is All" in red and big. Great emphasize! Great technique of building up the suspense and catching the reader's attention. As once an editor for poems and such back in school, this shows great writing skill. ^_^

I think everyone agrees that this is a rather strange Valentine's wall ^_^'
I must admit that I'm not fond of adding text in walls as parragraphs, though what you've writen is nice I do feel it takes something away from the visual... but it adds meaning so I guess that's ok.
What I've really liked form this is the complete window work, the light & shadow effects are great and I have enjoyed the hole dark mood with a glimpse of hope it gives.
As usual your ideas are very refreshing ;)
