It seems so similar to my first one "sitting on milky way". Because of some reasons, I have to follow the idea of my first one to make this...... Um for a contest for other site, for the valentine subject :) But I think it better than the older ^^ I really love the girl, she's so cute and sweet. The scan:

ah~ a new wallpaper from osi-chan ~ and its pinku-dayou ~ <3 very kah-waii ~
I think the swirly bottom part wif lil candies dipped in it is very good and looks very yummy (for someone who hasn't had breakfast :P rofl!) the extraction is nice and this time u blended the scan and bg verry nicely .what I think still may need a lil practice is the sky . the colour is nice though a lil monotonous ,but that doesn't bother me much . I think u need to reduce the sparklies and make smaller planets. it looks really blurry and spoils the whole mood of ur wall .
overall, ur improving. keep up the hard work ~
