Anyhoo! Saki's latest wall may be a bit different from what most of you are used to. If you follow the asian pop
culture and/or it's graphic-styling fad, you'll probably recognize this technique. If not, all is still well;
just keep an open mind to the strawberrii princess' unique, yet devilishly stylish, wallpaper.
Stay tuned for an actual Saki description, for Rockiee's writing is heavily
(lamely) influenced from writing hours and hours of "Karl Marx is a genius sociologist blah diddy blah
blah..."

This type of graphic style is generally one i'll avoid however this has been put together beautifully, although the scans are just a little bit dodgy (aliasing i think it's called). It creates an almost gothic feel but still retains its "charm"
I guess its the clothing that attracted me more than anything, wouldn't mind the guys clothes :P -

Yes, well, this is probably already known, but this wallpaper looks frickin' excellent XD ! I don't know much about this vein of graphic design, but it does look way different from what the princess usually does, and it makes quite a statement if you ask me (like Dir En Grey, reminds me of a statement like that. The whiole dark vibe is great, suits the wall wonderfully, and and I love the design for the bg. Has a great lil pattern like fine wallpaper and matches up marvelously with the outfits of the couple in the fg (who both look stunning). Yeh, I know saki would had somethign cute to add with he rwall if her jerkwad big bro wasn't hogin the pc, so there would be something cute sai dand a couple of wai's thrown in for good measure. Anyway, thi sis a magnificent want, and I hope to see more similar of this from her :) . Oh, and thanks for helping her out Rockie ^uu^ .

lmao, princess Saki. *bows before the princess* Well first off I have to say that's very sweet of you, Rockie, to do that for Saki. Yes, it's too bad her brother is a jerk most of the time ~_~ Though I wonder who she could be talking about *looks over at Brom* poor guy, taking so much abuse, but I know it's only because he's loved. I do hope that Saki'll be able to get on soon.
I'm so glad to see that she's still finding time to wall despite how things may be going for her. This is a gorgeous wall at that and I really love the choice of scan as well. Very unique and the art style is gorgeous as well. Though I do have to say a very interesting concept behind it all as well that at first I was a bit iffy about, but now I love it.
The background is simply a thing to marvel at. Sorta a grunge approach to it, yet still calm and beautiful. I especially love the text. Saki, you always have a way with words and yet again you've done it. Not only a beautiful phrase that perfectly fits with the scan but what I really love is what's been done on the left. I've always been a fan of new concepts and this is something that I'm a huge fan of. I really love what you've done here. Just taking a slice of the scan and using it to express such emotion is beautiful and it really does sorta give that feeling that the text implies. It really does have that sorta 'antique' feel to it and I love that the most about it *______*. It's just so very well done and really grabs my attention, yet is so calm and beautiful that I can't help but to marvel at it (sorry to repeat myself again). Overall, what's been done here is a work of art. Simple yet beautifu.
What can I say? Another wall that I'm simply awe-struck by, Saki. Once again you've managed to bring a rather unique style to the walling community and dazzle us with it. I look very foward to your next work and until then, do take good care of yourself. I miss ya~~<3

THe pattern looks great. and I like the idea of repeating the chars on the left side. Sometimes it might look unnecessary..but here it just makes the wall looks more stylish. ^__^ -

Okay... the wall is nice and original. It could be cleaner because of the jagged lines on the pattern and character, but the colors and antique-feel to it make up for that. That scan looked like crap when I was working on it for my Christmas wallpaper, and was hard to get as clean as I had it, which wasn't very good. I like the two boxes on the left of the wallpaper, with different colors, thats a nice touch and covers up for the simple use of a repeating pattern in the background. Overall it could use some touching up in spots but I like it, good work Saki.

wow, very interesting. I don't believe I've seen any wallpaper such as this. I especially like the side cut of their face/body and the background patter. I'm not sure what more I can say ^^ but it's really nice and this will go onto my favs =) thank you for the beautiful wall!

cute wall though. i'm catching that antique feel to the wall. the background fits nicely. i like the gradient colors and the design. like crapmonster said, the scan does have a bit of jaggedness [new word i suppose... ^_^'] to it. otherwise it still holdes that saki taste. :D

This is a very nice wall. The colors are great with the background. It looks like they are actually in a room. I also like how you put two slits bars of the characters on the left. Good pick for the title as well. Btw, what series are they from? I've become interested... :)
