I finally managed to finish this wall!
After going through about 6 or 7 different backgrounds, this is the one I stuck with.
I'm not sure if I'm totaly satisfied with the "final" result, but if I make any changes whatsoever, I'll be
sure to update ;)
Layers: 38
Time: 5-6 hours
Oh, and Kira and Lacus are completely vectored. Time: 5 hours
Original can be found here. I got the scan in a big Gundam SEED scan
package, but I can't remember from where! I remember the site being a dark color... if anyone knows what site I'm
talking about, please tell me!
This wall is dedicated to my good friend Ryo-chan! In fact, the title came from her, and the basic idea was her's too:

Chloe-chan: k f**k. I can't think of a bg for Kira and Lacus!
Ryo-chan: hmm... think of a blue ocean and a nice blue sky with clouds
Chloe-chan: I can't do water. and I'll only do a day-time wall if I can't think
of anything else.
Turns out I couldn't think of anything else XP

The background of the sky really complements the picture. In my opinion, i think the background constrasts that scene from Gundam Seed. Great Job!

Lacus looks kinda wierd though, but I never really liked her to begin with. -

The background are nicely done, I really like those grainy touches, it just makes the wall a little unique compared to a plain background without any grains. :) To use clouds and heavenly background is goos, matches well with the title, but maybe you could add hmm.. the pole.. uh.. like the ones who always see in Athen.. I dunno hgow they call it, but it's like a shrine for worshipping Athena.
Overall, a nicely done wallpaper. A little ancient structure might work well.

Awsome! [i know its spelled wrong] I love the clounds the soft colors and the vector is awsome it doesn't even show that you had in creat the middel to conect the two half of the scan
