Everything is right except the brightness is overdone along with the ugly fonts, those will need a drastic change, plus I can hardly see the fonts and text.
Nice BG, good extraction, overall style is good, too much sakura floating around, looks cluttered a bit. The rest is all good. -

It's hard to read the font but who needs the font here?

Love the pinks and bieges colors in the sky. So pleasing on the eye. The scan is so cute. The cherryblossoms really add to the spell of the enchanting wall. There is something magical about it somehow and yet also festive for the right Happy New Year time. Beautiful girl! -

Truly a beautiful wallpaper. Carnelian's illustrations of girls in Kimono's are some of the best of any artist I've seen. The Sakura petals floating around are a really nice touch, only suggestion I could offer would be to make another wallpaper without the "Happy New Year" on it (assuming it would just require deleting a layer from the original work).
