When I saw this scan, I just wanted to do something with it rigth away. Because the quality wasn't all that great, and it was kind hard to extract a picture from a red backround, I traced it (vectored if you will) in Photoshop. Longest darn vector I ever did, took me the week to complete....
I took so long on the vector, that I just didn't have any ideas for a backround. Some folks suggested that I should go in an abstract direction. Wich I did, or at least tried to do. I actually traced some tribal tattos I found on the Internet and blended them into the backround. I found some inspiration in some of the wallpapers here also. All in all, I'm rather proud of the messy yet stylish look I gave this wallpaper.

so ok i have a HUGe CRUSH on Roy mustang, so hot .. man that's why is call "The flame alchemist" he is sooo hot. ok.. so i loooove the background and the scan is really good. and of course roys looks amazing (as usual) and this one is a fav for me. *dreaming of roy*

Nice vector ::obligatory please-vector-larger comment:: Anyway...always like the contrast between nice, clean vectors and grunge/abstract bgs. Very stylish, though I think a splash of color would have made it more eye-catching.

Wowies, I loved the thumbnail but I love the wallpaper in fullview even more! Awesome work! The vector is flawless, great work there!
The background looks awesome, nice grudge work with the half vector and half grudge. The title fits really nicely ^^

It's a beautiful image, there are some jagged edges but I know this mustn't have been an easy extraction.
The background is good but not great, the arrows are a nice touch though. -
