I like your composition and your font choice...but there's just too much text imo
I'm not at all a fan of the text on the character...sometimes that can work but this wall feels too realistic for that style (but it could just be me )

Second, nice grunge look! Really do like the texture. Cool idea of using the stock photo of the factories. That really adds to the 'gloomy' feel...I mean, I think of all that pollution they give. No wonder your wall is gray, cloudy, and rainy ^_^
So I must say nice composition there! And I do like the scan. Reading the words and then seeing her face expression tie in with each other.
Overall, besides being an interesting grunge-style wall, it has a rather dreary atmosphere and story.

Nice text layeout to the wall, the rain brings more of the emotions in the wall very well and the color is just fine and dandy. Beautiful work as always and long time no see grunge! ^_^

Whoa nice! Love the grunge over it, yet still the scan still looks sharp and clean since the effect is light. Definitely aced the rain effect, adding to my favorites.

I don't know what to say in particular but, the stock image behind is really good.
Plus, the different use of similar fonts in the right places is also rather creative. I would never think of writing over the scan. (<-- stupid person talking, don't bother)
