Neat-o! I looked at the scan and it's all, like, different... :pacman:
The good: Wonderful job with the light effects, and I like the way you manipulated the scan as far as the color of her staff, and the wing removal. (Though it might have been neat to leave the wings on and color them shimmering green, or something to that effect.)
The bad: There's some pixellation present on the chin and hand of the scan. I looked at the original scan and it's present there too, so there's probably not much filtering you can do without disturbing the rest of the scan, but maybe some pixel-by-pixel smackdown would help. Same issue with the text- it's so thin, it's horribly pixellated, and has an issue with varying brightness. Maybe bumping the text font size up a couple of notches might make it 2 pixels width (I've never seen PS, sorry), if not, pixel-by-pixel smackdown would help there too.
Overall, great job.

you make the ebst abstract wallies sweetie! it's really colorful and looks chaotic ^____^ well i think the white feather on the right is kinda of odd because it's too white while everything else is pretty much.. colored =D but nontheless this is an amazing wallie and it deserves a fave of course ^.~

You're even good with abstract art too XP as a matter of fact you're good with everything ;) I really love the baclground it's so magical and colorful! the effects are astonishing and perfectly done!

The atmosphere of the wall is totally different to the atmosphere of the used scan. I like wallers who can change scans into something different :D
The first thing I noticed were Sakura's eyes. I love characters with two eyecolours. There are always a bit mysterious ;) -

That is wonderful that you are trying out new things. I hear ya! But it is something special since it is your art/work. I like it very much! When I first downloaded it, I did say to self this is different. I looked in the backdrop and saw the effort put in with the various patterns and colors. Love the planets and cosmic feel. The scan is so lovely! So adorable! But I admit again, I really like the colors and various 'play' that is happening around. It really adds life to the wall.

Great work! ^^ I really like the scan, it's very cute. And I love the colors you used! They fit the scan very well, and they are really nice. I love the sky, the clouds and stars are beautiful and the effects you used are great. I think you did a great job! ^^
