It's nice. Winry looks good...which, you know, is so totally unlike Winry. :) I love the pose she and the dog (why can't I remember his name?) are in. It seems natural. I also like the whole "while you are gone" sentiment. The floor...looks okay. I take it it's supposed to be a wood floor, but...there's almost no distinction between the planks. I think that could use a bit more detail. Also, Winry melds into the floor nicely, but the dog...specifically his face...doesn't seem to fit quite right. There seems to be a need for a bit more depth there.
One other thing I don't much like is the main light/shadow line. It just seems superfluous. It's a nice effect, but it doesn't really belong there. That's just my un-enlightened opinion, though. Still, it's a gorgeous wallpaper that, to me, is full of emotion. Which I love. Thanks for uploading it for us to enjoy.
