Recently i downloaded a Range Murata artbook(always wanted to have more of his work other than Last Exile :3)..and skiming through the artbook, found this image, liked really much(for no reason actually :p) and decided to wall it..:P
~listening to Eureka 7 ost1 while making it :P

This wallpaper is relatively simple, but at the same time really creatively created and clean cut. The shapes on the left help add to the abstract feeling of the wall, but yami-chan at the same time, also manages to make the wall give off a grungy feel that just makes it impossible to stop looking at!
Like the texture, the different shades of red are soft and easy on the eyes.
This piece definitely deserves a spot in the highlighted wallpapers.

Proposed by Tama-Neko and highlighted by shyxsakura.

It's pretty simple, but I like how you worked with your patterns and textures.

  2. fawna-chan Feb 03, 2006

It looks really nice that simple but like, Erdbeermilch, I really like the patterns of the circles and the texture. :) It looks really good.

I love the colors here. It sets a very nice tone...plays up on the title quite well. The way the word "Embodiment" is cropped off at the bottom is sort of a weird effect. At first I didn't like it, but the more I look at it, the more I think, "hey, you know, that's kinda cool." Nifty patterns...err...circles, too.

Great wallpaper, thanks for letting us take a peek at it.

i find that the monotone colors really pull out the designers attention to detail. there are things that are just so hard to display with a limited color pallet, so in that regaurd i give the artist kudos. i like the use of grunge. especially in a field of art that seems to stick only to plasticy artwork. much kudos! good job.

i feel this wallpaper is not that attractive to me, it is only follow the origional concept, but not creative enough
