Besides the fact that it is yaoi (ew) it looks kind of ... crappy. I mean, no offense, I'm sure you put much effort into it, but there really isn't an idea.. the colors don't go together, it appears you did random brushing and didn't even plan where to place the text, but stuck it right where the characters are, which also makes the wallpaper rather one sided.. as in the focus and all the other elements are on one side. Maybe you can improve with your next wallpaper.
