"Hug me. I sing." *squeel* The cuteness! This wallpaper was inspired from a fanart cloud avatar on LiveJournal XD I'm a sucker for chibi things :3

Okay I stuck this under General wallpaper than Anime mainly because it's more advertising art for the Lacus chibi keychain (now turned into a plushie XD) since that was the focus for this wallie... eh...heh....
Info: Another vector art. Lacus looks shiny XD The music notes are random cause I know nothing about music so it's not suppose to make sense. The quality for those music notes just qouldn't come up as high quality as the others :\ I tried a few times but I still don't know why so if someone has a solution that would be great ^^ Nothing else can be said about this wallie. Suppose to be Moment 13 at Clyne Faction and the image just squeeled "Vector me OR ELSE!" And thus I did as I was told XD Lacus is so adorable here :3
