Considering there are no Ultimecia wallpapers I thought I would finally make one, making it was very tough as its very hard to find pictures of her around. So I had to make the most from what I had, I used a Organic Edge effect to make the picture of her (Which was extracted from in game graphics) have a nice effect, I made this with Photoshop as usual and I hope you guys and girls like it.
