yay i'm back haha well yea this is a Naruto wallpaper well more like a Sasuke
one haha well yea 
hehehe this took forever to finish my darn computer kept freezing so
i was going insane trying to finish it 
but i got it
done. The scenery in the background was completly vectored which also was a pain
and as for the images i got them off of various Naruto sites and I also had some
friends that send some of the images well yea.
I hope you all like it and yea i knoe the name is wierd I couldn't come up with
somthing better 
so yea and any comments is appreciated

Ok, i want to give constructive critics... i assume, in the middle of the picture, that yellow spot should be a sun of the used picture... The black and white "noise" effect you added in the lower part of the picture is nice itself, but as it seems as the picture itself was rotated by a small amount of degrees there are several steps (7 i think) that make themselves recognizable as the lines don't fit anymore

don't know why you put your name there twice...
so... nice picture usage, i like the allover alignment of the pictures, good colors, nicely done
