Very cool! The scan is awesome, and very well extracted. The moon is great, though the clouds look a little weird because of their color. Keep up the good work!

It's about time I finished another wallpaper ^_^' I've wanted to use this manga scan of Yuuko for some time, though I had no idea what I was going to do to it.
First off, I scanned the image myself from Tsubasa volume 3, and this became one hec of an extraction/clean-up job. I had to draw over half of the length of her hair (with the polygonal too thingy, not the pen) and then add gradients for shading and what not so that it wouldn't look totally flat... Anyways, I'm not going to give you a complete play-by-play of how this was made, so I hope you enjoy the wall, everyone!

not bad, i like how the chara looks in this and the background works pretty well.
and like what Chloe-chan pointed out, the clouds do look weird, maybe a more purplish tint to match the character would be better besides gray.
but otherwise nice job ^^ -
I love the scan and the xxxholic chara's scan is really good. I like the butterfly touch and the background's nice...although I have to agree with Chloe-chan on the clouds thing. Still a really good job!

Tough the background is a planet-type one, I think it works here very well. What I like here best are probably the colours - so cool and blueish. Keep up to good work!
