AKAI WISHES MT A VERY HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR~!
x) This is (supposed to be) Urahara Kisuke of Bleach... my favourite character of the anime. I attempted to draw a chibi
version of him but in the end it looks nothing like him. x( My sis even commented that it looks more like a cosplay than
a chibi urahara. =( How sad...
The chinese character at the background refers to "Spring"... one of the very common words we use in
celebration of the arrival of the season. My initial idea was to write the word "Fortune" but it has too many
strokes and I can't write that nicely so I trashed the idea and wrote this instead. x)
Used red as the paint/ink because Chinese think that it's a very auspicious color and the bright colors in the
backgound signifies "A Joyous Occasion". Although in the end, I think it looks more like a massive bloodshed
than anything else. Lol.
Today is the 2nd day of the New Year celebration and again, akai wishes all good health and a very fruitful year ahead.

Kyaa~~! Hontou kawaiiii~~! Great job with all the coloring and such. I love how the textures work together too. Urahara's face should have a more mischievious look, but its still great. Kepp up your great work!
