wow. this image was a BITCH to wall!
i mean seriously. first off, he's at an akward angle, so nothing really made sense. he went through about 6
styles/versions before hitting the final one.
i wanna give a BIG thanks to tate, whiteblaze, gid, nuni, redxxii and evol for helping me kick this one into shape.
and listening to my bitching about how much i suck.
anyways...this wall features AYATO! i <3 ayato to bits.
rahxephon is one of my fav series, so it figures i'd do another wall of it.
it's basically a grungey background that kinda pulls from the original scan.
it was a heavy reCG job, since now, i'm becoming really picky about the quality, so i did a full reCG till the image was
perfect. the thing in the background which looks like a planet IS NOT A PLANET!
it's tokyo jupiter. if you've seen the series you'll understand that tokyo jupiter is a dome which encases tokyo and the
time flow there is different. it's called tokyo jupiter because the walls look like that of the images of jupiter.
anyways, the wall took a few days, and lots of me bitching, but i'm actually pretty happy with it. it's dramatic, just
the way i like em.
and the latin means "Day of Wrath". Hooray for latin which sounds so pretty and refined and makes boring text
EXCITING!
so yeah, thats my wall, and it seems to be one of those walls you love, or you hate. i think if you've seen the series
you'll appreciate it more.
and if you havn't, then what the hell are you WAITING for?!

This is a beautiful wall. The background is gorgeous! Awesome job making Tokyo Jupitor (it does look like a planet to me, but I haven't seen the series XD so don't kill me - I read the description) I'm not to sure about the music notes. They sort of seem out of place when you take the background and the latin into account. Maybe they bear more signifigance if you've seen the series (?). Really nice effect merging the text into the background. That is lovely and I think it's so cool. Very nice job and effort. Kudos!
EDIT: I have been shown the error of my ways. Okay, not really...it's just ignorance. ^_^' Okay, since it has been explained to me that there is plot symbolizum with the music notes, nevermind. They fit much better now. Tee-hee. :)

Wow, this is huge ! Fabulous wall you've made kalicodreamz. I'm in love with it. The bg is so beautiful and it fits the image of Ayato so darn good. I've been wanting to make a wall with that scan too but I couldn't figure out what to make. But you did a fantastic job. Great job on making Tokyo Jupiter ! I could go on and on, but I'll say it shortly. I LOVE YOUR PERFECT WALL ! (to be honest I'm jealous ... I wish I could make such beautifull RahXephon walls :D) Keep up the great work and I'm curious to see other walls from you !

I like the background, especially the notes and the newspaper text on it. Nice perspective and well-chosen colours (this orange-brownish sort of reminds me of an explosion).
