I was going thru an one of my many unsorted folders of anime scans (sigh) and I came across this little gem from Rozen Maiden. I'm pretty sure it is from Megami. Other than that, I can't give you more info. I have had this image for a couple months so I don't recall exactly where I got it. If anyone has information that they would like me to add to the description, just leave a comment and I will add the info if appropriate.
