This is art by Aoi Nishimata. Correct me if I'm wrong, but, I believe Aoi Nishimata is a woman. She does a lot of works like this. She did many of the Shuffle! works that are here on MT. Her art style is easily recognized. She does good works...but for the wrong reason...I admire her talent though.
