At last! In few days, I'm going to finish my service in the army! Ok! This is off topic, but anyway...
This is another very simple (but clean) wallpaper where I just used 3 fancy brushes, a playful font at the text and a hot 'n cute, high-resolution scan I found at minitokyo (and I wanted to use it at a wallpaper). So, I hope you like it.
Lyrics are from "Happy! Smile! Hello!", the opening theme of Panyo Panyo Digi Charat. I know, I can't cut the habit of putting lyrics at my wallpapers in order to full them, so bear with it. (^.^); ~Teeheehee!~

Great work with the background. I like it a lot. Only thing I would change is the white place. I would replace it with a light pink of purple :D
