The character is Shin from Tenjo Tenge.
I made this awhile back...for a friend. There was a lot of editing done on the image itself. But I manage to get it to the shade the soft blue I like.
This wall was made sometime back in April 05', I uploaded, but I thought why not share it. Its also one of the first largest wallpaper I've ever made at the time ^^;
It was acutally a two page scan, there for I had to fix the scanlines byadding some brushes to cover up the texture of the scan and also the creases, also played with some filters to get the textures to blur out and give it a softer look.
The line you see...is not a scanline, thats a brush...I guess it was badly placed.

Really... Hmmmm... I really think it is kick ass. 40 layers, huh... lol That is a lot of layers but for what you have in the wallpaper, it would show. Again, kick ass and nice wall :D +fav
